What is your Returns Policy?
Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned at our facility within 7 calendar days (strict) from the date you receive the order. Please be sure to check the list of items not eligible for returns below.
Order Items NOT Eligible for Returns
- Customised outfits (with tulle netting, length customisation, blouse tailoring or any other form of customisation)
- XXL/Custom size outfits
- Blouse/Stitched Blouse
- Custom additional Items (additional fabrics/trims etc)
Quality Control for Returns
- Order item should not have been modified or altered in any manner
- Order item should not look used/worn out in any manner
- Order Item should not be deemed unfit for return by our QC team for any other reason whatsoever.
How do I return my order?
You need to raise a return request by email or phone. Simply pack your item the way it arrived and ship it back to us with the original invoice for your order. Be sure you have checked if your order item is eligible for return and meets our quality control conditions. You can always get in touch with our customer care team and they will be happy to assist you further.
How do I exchange the outfit for a different size/ outfit?
Exchange for an order is not allowed.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at “orders@buybandhani.com”. Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy.
Our Outfits
Will the outfit look exactly the same as I see it on the website?
Vanza Bandhani Saree is a private label, and everything from design to production is handled by us in-house. The products seen on the website are entirely designed and manufactured by us. Barring minor color variations (which differ due to screen resolution, monitor brightness, operating system etc from computer to computer), what you see on our site is what you get.
Custom Sizing/Pattern/Color Requests
We do undertake custom tailoring for stitching blouses and salwar suits only. Any other customisation in the design and colour or any other changes are not allowed. This is primarily because the effort and time that goes into creating a new design is prohibitively high to be commercially viable for sarees, dupattas or overall Bandhani design of any product.
Request for Sold Out Items
Our collections are limited in inventory reaffirming our commitment to exclusivity. We rarely accept orders for sold-out outfits. However, you can drop us a mail requesting for a sold out item, you will hear back from our team if we can make the outfit on request.

Vanza Bandhani Saree is a premium private label. Most products we make are in limited edition reinforcing our focus on traditional style and originality alive.We follow the most stringent quality standards for our garments. Everything from design, production to sales is handled entirely in-house.
